Here comes Colorectal Cancer Awareness Month!🔬

Colorectal cancer (CRC) was the second most lethal cancer in Hong Kong in 2022. Early-stage CRC often presents no noticeable symptoms, leading to late diagnoses and challenging treatment options. This underscores the critical role of effective screening and diagnostics in combating CRC.

The HK Government-subsidized Colorectal Cancer Screening Programme achieved a remarkable milestone last year with ~86,000 new participants, highlighting a growing awareness and demand for early detection solutions.
